Introduction
Mark Heaney was born in London on the 14th of August 1970.
He started playing drums at the age of eight and by the time he was ten Mark was playing 2 to 3 nights a week in a 6 piece band. He has been playing ever since.

Radiohead gives the Gang Of Four reunion a plug in the latest Rolling Stone
(Thom) Yorke admits he'd be interested in a talking heads reunion, "don't think they want to do it though", he says "Gang of Four, they reformed, that was worthwhile, kind of better, darker.
'Age has made them darker,
O'Brien agrees "now thats where you want to go".
Mark is currently working with Gang Of Four jamming and recording new material for releases this year.

"Return The Gift"
Which included remixes by the likes of the Dandy Warhols, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Hot Hot Heat to name a few. Gang Of Four will be playing gigs around the world and are planning on releasing a single every 2 months throughout 2008
Mark is also working on his first solo offering but because of current projects the earliest release will be around April/May.
